Important information
- In SHORT SUPPLY as of February 2023, use Cernevit in the meantime
- Must be co-administered with Vitlipid N to ensure both water and fat soluble vitamins are given)
- This combination replaces Cernevit (temporarily in short supply)
- When co-administered with Vitlipid N, this regimen includes Vitamin K- so separate supplementation with Vitamin K is not usually necessary

- Reconstitute with 10ml Vitlipid N adult

Methods of intravenous administration
Intermittent intravenous infusion
- Add reconstituted vial containing the Solvito/Vitlipid N solution to 100ml infusion fluid (ref 1)
- Invert the infusion bag several times to ensure adequate mixing
- If patient is also prescribed Additrace, this may be added to the same infusion bag (ref 1)
- Administer over a minimum of two hours
- Protect from light during administration

- Give one vial diluted as above daily
